Automated Membership Renewal Process
As your membership renewal date approaches, you will automatically receive an email with an invoice to renew at your current membership level. To renew, simply click “View invoice online.” This will open the invoice in your web browser, where you can complete your renewal by selecting “Pay online.” Once the renewal fee has been paid, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
Automated Membership Application Process
To join the Society, click Apply for Membership begin by selecting the membership level you would like to apply for. Once you have made your selection, complete the application form with the requested information. When you are ready to submit your application, choose “Invoice me.”

For new membership applications, an invoice will be issued only after your application has been approved. Please wait until you receive both the approval email and the subsequent invoice before making any payment.
Once the invoice has been sent, you can pay the membership fee by clicking “View invoice online.” This will open the invoice in your web browser, where you can complete the payment by selecting “Pay online.”
Additional Information for Members and Applicants
When submitting a membership application, you may see an option to “Pay Now” after entering your information. This option can be disregarded, as payment is not required until after your application has been approved and the final invoice has been sent to you by email.
