2017 & 2018 Aftab Mufti Best Paper Awards Presented

ISHMII is pleased to announce that “Implementation of a drive-by monitoring system for transport infrastructure utilizing smartphone technology and GNSS” by David Hester, S.E. Taylor, and Patrick McGetrick, all of Queen’s University Belfast, received the award for best paper published in the Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring for 2017.

“Thermal performance analysis of a long-span suspension bridge with long-term monitoring data” authored by Qi Xia, Liming Zhou, and Jian Zhang, all of the School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University in Nanjing, received the award for the best paper published in the Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring for 2018.

The awards were presented during the SHMII-10 conference August, 2019, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
